Refund & Cancellation Policy

How ZedSolar (operated by ORIZIS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED) handles cancellations and refunds for payments made by Mobile Money.

1. When you can get a refund

Item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described
Wrong item delivered
Item never delivered within the stated time

2. When a refund does not apply

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion if the item is unused and in its original packaging; delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the same Mobile Money number used to pay, normally within 5–10 business days, subject to the network and pawaPay.

4. How to request

Email office@orizisgroup.com with your name, the Mobile Money number used, amount and date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
